For the brie
  • 1 Brie 8-ounce wheel
For the topping
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.25 cup walnuts chopped

Equipment

  • 1 6-inch oven-safe baking dish

Method

Bake the brie
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the Brie in a 6-inch oven-safe baking dish.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the center feels very soft when gently pressed.
Finish the brie
  1. Drizzle the honey over the Brie.
  2. Sprinkle with the walnuts.
  3. Rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve warm.

Notes

For the softest center, check it at the end of the baking time and stop once it feels very soft when gently pressed. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days; freezing is not recommended. For a nut-free variation, omit the walnuts.
