Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits drained
  • 0.5 cup maraschino cherries drained and halved
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping frozen, thawed
  • 1 cup marshmallows miniature
  • 1 cup coconut sweetened, flaked

Method

  1. Drain the mandarin oranges, pineapple, and cherries very well so excess liquid does not thin the salad.
  2. In a large bowl, gently stir together the sour cream and whipped topping until combined.
  3. Fold in the mandarin oranges, pineapple, cherries, marshmallows, and coconut until evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Drain the fruit very well so excess liquid does not thin the salad. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; freezing is not recommended. For a dairy-free swap, use dairy-free sour cream and whipped topping.
