Star Shaped Cheese Bites

Star shaped cheese bites are buttery cheddar crackers cut into crisp little stars and baked until their edges are lightly golden. A short chill makes the dough easier to roll and cut.

Notes

For clean star shapes, keep the dough cold while rolling and cutting. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days; freeze for up to 2 months. For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free 1:1 baking flour.
