Vampire Hot Chocolate

Vampire hot chocolate is a bright red white chocolate drink warmed gently on the stovetop until smooth. A little vanilla and kosher salt balance the creamy sweetness, and it’s served hot.

Notes

For the smoothest drink, keep the milk steaming but do not let it simmer. Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container for up to 3 days; freezing is not recommended. For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free milk and dairy-free white chocolate.
