Ingredients

  • 24 oz white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 2 cup fruit-flavored gumdrops cut into 1/4-inch pieces

Equipment

  • 1 9x13-inch pan

Method

  1. Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.
  2. Set a 4-quart heatproof bowl over a saucepan of barely simmering water, making sure the bowl does not touch the water. Add the white chocolate chips and butter, and stir until smooth, about 5–8 minutes.
  3. Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the marshmallows until coated and beginning to soften, about 1 minute.
  4. Fold in the gumdrops until evenly distributed.
  5. Scrape the mixture into the prepared pan and press it into an even layer.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  7. Lift the candy out using the parchment and let it stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  8. Cut into pieces.

Notes

For neat cuts, let the candy stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week; freezer storage is suitable for up to 2 months.
