Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cloves garlic small, minced
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped fresh
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped fresh
  • 0.25 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • 1 food processor

Method

  1. Add the goat cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper to a food processor and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  3. Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For the smoothest dip, let the goat cheese and cream cheese soften before processing. Refrigerate covered for up to 3 days; freezing is not recommended. For a tangier, higher-protein variation, use plain Greek yogurt in place of the sour cream.
